Eleonora Sedda's Pane, Amore e cortesia (SCIA QA/2014/4297 of 24/03/2014) is treated in every single detail so to offer the best experience far from home. Because even in a B&B You can have the best quality. The apartment has been recently refurbished and has all the comforts, such as LCD TV, air condition and free WI-Fi connection in every room. Only a room has the toilet outside. Our fares are:

39 € per night for a person
59 € per night for a double room
79 € per night for a double room with a 3rd bed added. An extra bed, would have a fare of 19 €

We remind You that a double room can be required with twin beds or queen-size bed, and that a cradle is available too.
Local tax, required by Roma Capitale is 3,50 € and will be paid when You reach our B&B.
Cancellation fees, for a standard reservation, are:

30% of the total amount between 0 and 9 days prior date of arrival;
No charge until 10 days prior date of arrival;

Special bargains are always subject to 30% cancellation fee, independently from the cancellation date. They will be deducted by the deposit paid, which amount is 30% of the cost forecast.
